Drumachloy Rose Veal
Drumachloy farm Rosé Veal is reared to high welfare standards on our dairy farm on the Isle of Bute on the west coast of Scotland.
By buying direct from the farm you can be assured that all our veal is 100% British and reared by us to the highest welfare standards. Our veal is succulent and very tender and has fantastic delicate flavour.
All our veal is expertly butchered by a specialist rare breed butcher.
Our Rosé Veal is naturally tender and has a wonderful flavour, but we still hang our Rosé Veal for five to seven days to ensure maximum flavour and melt in the mouth texture.
