We are a small family run farm, if you experience any problems with our service we will endeavor to resolve your issue fully.

We rear a small herd of veal calves on our farm, very occasionally we run out of a specific veal cut if this happens we will contact you as soon as possibly and offer a refund or an alternative along with our sincere apologies.

We ship every Monday and Thursday by overnight courier. Produce is shipped in stay cool packaging which will maintain temperature for 48hrs.

If you miss your delivery please collect it no later than the next day.

Your Statutory Rights are unaffected.
