No Hassle Recipe Idea

This is a simple veal escalope recipie you can add or change ingredients to make it your own, or take a look here for a veal escalope with caponata by Gordon Ramsey

For a super quick treat with this unbelievably tender cut of meat:-

• Dust in flour
• Dip in a whisked egg (seasoned with a little salt, little pepper)
• Fry in 2tbsp of  olive oil and a knob of butter over a medium heat for 3-4 minutes each side
• Serve with some chopped parsley or capers and a quarter of lemon and some boiled new season potatoes or salad.
• Enjoy a luxurious meal for less than 10 minutes effort
