No Hassle Recipe Idea
For a super quick treat with this unbelievably tender cut of meat:-
  • Beat 50g of room temperature butter and 50g of Roquefort cheese.
  • Add some chopped Parsley and give a quick stir.
  • Place mixture on a little cling film twists the ends and roll into a sausage, stick it in the freezer for 10 minutes to firm.
  • Season Veal Steaks and fry in olive oil for 2 minutes each side.
  • Rest for 6-10 minutes then serve with a slice of your butter and a lightly dressed green salad or new boiled potatoes.
  • The left over butter will keep in the fridge for a week, it can be frozen and is excellent heated with some creme freche and served with gnocchi or spaghetti.
